Time-Based Subsistence Allowances and Mutually Exclusive Expense Types

I'm looking for guidance on configuring subsistence allowances in Oracle Cloud Expenses.

Can we configure different allowance rates based on the duration of an employee's absence? For example, can the system apply an allowance of £5 for one meal when the absence is up to five hours, with different rates for longer durations, while requiring employees to itemise their claims and attach supporting receipts?

I would also like to know whether Oracle Expenses can prevent employees from claiming two expense types together when the policy doesn't allow both.

For example, if an employee claims one expense type, can the system automatically prevent them from submitting another incompatible expense type in the same expense report?
