How to find detail for registration in Customer Portal

Hello,

How can I configure a new user to enter to the Customer Portal? Once configured the MFA and the verify the email, we face this window, and we do not know where to get this information, as we have tried with all we can get from Customer Portal (with another user) and all is wrong:

I need to know where to get the account name and the user group id, or how can we finish the registration?
