Remove SPOT Bid Tender Only For Selected Carriers

Business Requirement

We are using Spot Bid Tendering to solicit bids from multiple carriers for a shipment. During the bidding process, there may be situations where we need to withdraw the Spot Bid tender from only a subset of the invited carriers while allowing the remaining carriers to continue participating in the bid process.

Current Behavior

When a Spot Bid Tender is issued to multiple carriers, we have not found a mechanism to selectively withdraw the tender from specific carriers while keeping the Spot Bid active for the remaining carriers.
