Cloud gop rest api fscmRestApi/msp/latest/globalOrderPromises/autoSchedule failed: Remotely closed.

We are trying to call the Oracle Fusion GOP REST API for auto-scheduling scenarios. We are encountering the following error. The issue occurs randomly in the production environment and does not affect all items.
