Spot Bid Tendering - Ability for Carriers to Submit Base Charge and Accessorial Charges Separately

Business Requirement

We are evaluating the Spot Bid Tendering functionality and would like to understand the level of cost detail that can be submitted by carriers while responding to a Spot Bid.

Our business would like carriers to provide:

A Base Transportation Charge separately.
Individual Accessorial Charges separately (e.g., detention, layover, fuel surcharge, driver assist, stop-off charges, etc.).

This would provide greater visibility into carrier pricing and allow transportation planners to analyze the cost components that make up a carrier's bid.

Current Observation

During the Spot Bid response process, carriers appear to submit a bid amount. However, it is unclear whether the standard Spot Bid interface supports the separate entry and storage of:
