why are some categories missing from the drop down menu in the Oracle Fusion expenses app

Summary:

In the Fusion expenses app the only thing that appears in the list for vehicle category and fuel type are 'All others' not the ones we set up. Nothing appears to select in Project and task fields. Are we missing some set up.
