Business Requirement:

We are integrating Performance Ratings with Workforce Compensation on the Compensation worksheet.

Currently, line managers are not being granted access to the Workforce Compensation worksheet. Instead, the Compensation Manager is responsible for reviewing both performance ratings and compensation details across the workforce.

We have a requirement for the Compensation Manager to view the entire workforce in a single Workforce Compensation worksheet, with employee performance ratings visible alongside their compensation details.

This consolidated view should enable the Compensation Manager to evaluate employee performance and dynamically adjust compensation across the workforce, based on performance ratings and other relevant compensation criteria.
