Product or Service to be selected while creating Service Logistics SR

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We want to create SR for Service Logistics issue. As there is no Service Logistics product available in the LOV, we tried creating it under:
1- Oracle Maintenance Cloud Service considering all the Service Logistics release updates are under Maintenance Module
2- Oracle Logistics Inventory Visibility Cloud Service

But the engineer responds these are not the correct products and we are struggling to get the correct Product value from Oracle.

Please suggest if anyone is aware about the correct Product or Service to be selected for Service Logistics while creating SR
