How to Configure Different Maximum Scores per Question in Potential Assessment Questionnaire
Hello Community,
I’m configuring a Potential Assessment Questionnaire in Oracle Fusion HCM (Talent Management) and need some of its questions to be non-scoring, while one question drives the Potential Rating.
Scenario
- The questionnaire has 5 questions, all using the same response options: Gap, Satisfactory, Exceptional.
- Questions 1–4 are guiding questions that help the evaluator form an overall judgment.
- Question 5 is the evaluator’s final answer, based on their assessment of Questions 1–4.
Required scoring behavior
Question | Purpose | Max Score |

What I need
Only Question 5 should affect the final score and the Potential Rating calculation. Questions 1–4 should be answered but contribute nothing.
