Action to show Individual compensation plan under My Compensation Page

Summary:

We want to give employee a complete view of their salary details but somehow Oracle functionality is incomplete in a way to achieve this requirement simply because of below reasons

While configuring Individual COmpensation plans we have option to restrict plan access based on action but there is no action available to show it under My Compensation page.

So we keep restrict plan access as No but then this plan becomes available in Personal Contribution page which means employees can add salary components like Housing Allowance, Transport allowance on their own in Self Service. The drawback of this is when they now go to My Compensation page they see the same Individual compensation plans showing in Additional Compensation Section and Personal Contribution sections.
