Hi Team,

When HR adds a dependent under an employee’s Family and Emergency Contacts, a potential life event is created with Unprocessed status.

We need the Benefits Administrator to receive an alert immediately when this potential life event is created or detected, before it is evaluated or processed.

Is there a delivered notification or Alerts Composer configuration for this requirement? Does the “Send alert on enrollment” option under the life event’s Enrollment Alert tab support this scenario, or is customization required?
