Open Enrollment alert pulling incorrect enrollment dates
Summary:
Seeded Open enrollment alert is pulling (enrollment start date - 1) and (enrollment date - 1) as enrollment start and end instead of correct dates as seen in the Open event. This delivered code so nothing has ben changed here:

We have seen this working fine on lower environment but the latest copy from PROD seems to have this issue. Please advice on how to resolve this issue and pull correct date. This is an urgent ask as wse have OE window starting from 10/26.
