How to setup the freight charge not to be calculcated for the backordered lines

in Order Management

Hi

I have a scenario where the sale order is created using REST API with freight charge attached. The requirement is once the first partial shipment happened for a line, the backordered lines should not calculate the freight charges. I have not done any pricing setups in oracle fusion and the price and the charges to an order is applied using payload.
