Summary:

We are not using the talent profile ME > Careers and performance > skills and qualifications. No employees will update this one. They will have no access.

We do have orc candidate profile with sections education, language, certifications. For these sections, only ORC will be the subscriber

Will there be any negative impact if talent profile is not a subscriber for these sections?
