Integration between fusion service and fusion field service

in Fusion Service

Hi,

I have followed this document for integration between fusion service and fusion field service : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/fusion-service/faefs/manage-service-to-field-service-integration.html#s20060303

Connection between Fusion and Field Service is established successfully.
I have created an SR in fusion service under which i have created a work order and it is created successfully in Fusion.
There are no visible error messages in the UI. The only message i can see is "Waiting for confirmation from Field Service that the submitted activity was successfully created. Refresh to check for status updates.

Issue:

Even after saving the Work Order in Fusion Service, no activity is created in Fusion Field Service.
