open individual manager evals for update during calibration

During calibration, is it possible to unlock ratings for specific managers individually so they can make changes to ratings and comments when needed?

Currently, when ratings are locked, no one—including administrators—can update them. However, when we unlock ratings, all managers regain the ability to make changes, even during the calibration period.

Is there a way to selectively allow specific managers to revise ratings or comments, or push evaluations back to individual managers for revisions, without reopening editing access for everyone?
