How to add validations for Proposed Position column for promotion plan in workforce compensation

Hi,

We have a requirement in promotion plan for workforce compensation module that proposed position should display only those positions meeting below criteria:

1. Position should be vacant
2. Position should belong to the same department that employee is in
3. Positions should be up to two levels higher like if employee is from grade 7, then positions associated with grade 6, grade 5 should only be visible in worksheet for that employee.

Please let us know how can we achieve this in oracle fusion HCM workforce compensation module. Below is the screenshot for the column I am referring to.
