Promote Action Page Proposed Values

Promote page should show proposed values of allowances which are based on Salary % and derived from Grade Rates

We have a requirement of viewing the values of Allowances in real time while doing the Promote/Change Salary transaction.
Example:
Grade Rate Table has values of Furniture Allowance for Grade 5: 200; for Grade 6: 500
Premium Allowance: 10% of Salary

The above is stored in either UDT or in system.

While doing the Promote Transaction, we may or may not change grade:
1. Not Changing Grade, only Salary Change: Changed salary from 10000 USD to 15000 USD. Earlier Premium Allowance was 1000 USD and now automatically it should show 1500 USD, which is not happening when we move further on Additional Compensation page, we have to add new allowance and required to enter values manually which is something not acceptable. Ideally, system should change allowance as per new proposed Salary and end date the current ICP as per date given initially
