Clarification on Hyperlink Support in Groovy-Based Notifications

We are working on a requirement to include a clickable link to an HR Help Desk Service Request within an email notification.

As part of our testing, we used a Groovy script to dynamically generate an HTML hyperlink containing the Service Request number and included it in the email content. However, the hyperlink is not being rendered as expected.

Could you please confirm whether HTML hyperlinks generated through Groovy scripts are supported in HR Help Desk email notifications?

Specifically, we would like to understand:

• Whether HTML anchor tags generated via Groovy are supported in email notifications.
• Whether merge fields such as the Service Request Number can be dynamically incorporated into a clickable URL through Groovy.
