Custom Orchestration for project driven sales order flow

Hi Team,

Is there any documentation available to create custom orchestration for PDSC Sales Order flow. Because Oracle recommendation is to remove the invoicing step and add a step to include project step with project indicator enabled. The below shows that we need to delete the Invoice step and also create custom order lookup. After that, we don't have any documentation telling what to be done custom orchestration except to deploy and also how what do with the custom order lookup. Please someone share the setup document or process document for this.
