Configurable display of the Calculated Rating in Redwood Performance Documents

Current behavior
In the Redwood Performance Document, the Calculated Rating is displayed as the rating level description followed by the score, e.g. “3 - Meets Expectations (2.75)”. The available display options only show or hide the whole calculated rating (description+ score) by role, so the score cannot be shown without the description. the description can appear to contradict the score (e.g 2.75 displayed as level 3), which confuses employees and managers.

Requested enhancement
Add a configuration option in the performance template or section settings to control what the Calculated Rating displays, per role e.g. “3 - Meets Expectations (2.75)” 🡪 (2.75)
