OCI DevOps private GitHub BUILD fails at source fetch: RelatedResourceNotAuthorizedOrNotFound

Summary:
An OCI DevOps automatic Managed Build for a private GitHub repository failed while fetching source, before any build stage. The external GitHub connection now validates successfully.

Content:

  • Region: eu-frankfurt-1 (Frankfurt).
  • A GitHub main push triggered an OCI BUILD. It FAILED in approximately 19 seconds, 0 of 2 stages started, with: RelatedResourceNotAuthorizedOrNotFound.
  • After that failed run, we added and verified a least-privilege Vault secret read policy for the DevOps BUILD dynamic group, scoped to the existing GitHub PAT secret only.
  • Validate Connection now reports success. We have NOT rerun the BUILD since that policy change, so the actual source-fetch outcome is not yet verified.
