Oracle HCM 26C (Responsive UI) – Unable to Hide “Share and Retain” Button Using Page Composer

Hello everyone,

We are currently working on a Performance Management implementation in Oracle HCM Cloud 26C, using the Responsive UI (Redwood is not enabled).

We need to hide the “Share and Retain” button on the Performance Document Sharing page, while keeping the “Share and Release” button available.

We have attempted to achieve this using Page Composer, but the customization does not appear to persist after closing the editor.

Steps performed:

  1. Created and activated a Sandbox with Page Composer enabled.
  2. Navigated to the Performance Document Sharing page.
  3. Opened Page Composer through Settings and Actions → Edit Pages.
  4. Selected the exact “Button: Share and Retain”
