While this feature allows us to define a default Review Period value, our organization updates the Review Period on an annual basis. As a result, the default setting would need to be reviewed and updated each year to ensure it aligns with the current Review Period.

We would like to eliminate the need for annual updates and instead use a value that automatically defaults the Review Period based on the current year.
