Include Team Leader Name in Dispatch Console List View Export or Print Route for Teamwork Activities

We’re using Teamwork activities in Oracle Fusion Field Service 26C, with a Foreman as team leader and crew members assigned through Assisting activities. Our client needs a daily crew report showing each Foreman with their team members underneath.

We’ve looked at two options in the Dispatch Console:

Print Route: lists resources individually and shows who each assistant is assisting (e.g., “Assisting (Foreman name)”), but doesn’t group members under their Foreman.

List View export: we’d like to export and group by Foreman in Excel, but we couldn’t find a team leader field in the List View columns. The Activity Type column shows only “Assisting”. The “Assists to resource” field appears on the Cancel activity screen and in the activity hint, but isn’t available in the List View columns layout. We also tried a message scenario to populate a custom property, but none of the documented placeholders return the team leader.
