Change the end time for halfday leave submission

Summary:

Hi,

Our employee for one legislation wanted to apply for halfday leave with 9AM to 1PM start and end time. The absence duration is showing 0.5 days however the error message shows absence duration must be at least 0.5 days.

When I checked, system allows employee to apply for halfday with 9AM to 2PM start and end time but the absence duration shows 0.6 days. How do I correct this? Can I change the configuration for system to allow halfday submission from 9AM till 1PM?
