Purchase Orders to Sales Orders Converter AI Agent

Hello Oracle Community,

We Enabled the Purchase Orders to Sales Orders Conversion AI agent and published its workflow. The Create sales order from purchase order option is visible in Order Management (NEW). However, after uploading a PDF purchase order, no sales order is generated.

We have configured the mentioned action items

  • Verify that the AI agent is properly configured, enabled, and published in the Order Management work area. - AI agent is configured and enabled and Published.
  • Ensure the AI agent's status is active. - AI Agent status is active
  • Check that the uploaded purchase order PDF contains all required attributes such as Customer, Ordered Date, Purchase Order Number, Ship-to Address, Item, Quantity, and Unit Price. -
