Person security profile custom criteria: exclude the user’s peers and the CEO’s direct reports (N-1)

Hello experts,

We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Performance Management. Members of the Talent Management team should be able to view performance documents and ratings for employees, with the following restrictions:

  • A Talent Management user must not see the performance data of their own peers (employees who report to the same line manager as the user).
  • A Talent Management user must not see the performance data of the CEO or of any employee who reports directly to the CEO (N-1 level).

A Talent Management user must not access their own performance document through the HR/Talent role.
