Is there any validation can be added on search filters using VB

Hello Experts,

we have scope of requirement to be applied on performance page within search fields as below:

Who’s to be hidden:

  • Peers: anyone with the same line manager as the user.
  • Own record: the user themselves, even if they have no line manager.
  • The CEO: the person on job code JOB-CEO.
  • N-1: anyone whose line manager is the CEO.

Note: We implemented the above approach using a Person Security Profile. However, the client rejected this solution because it would remove users from all pages across the application, not just the Performance pages.

Any advice please.
