Need to restrict install base asset creation based on kind of sales order

Hi All,

We have a business scenario where different kinds of sales orders are created.

1. Same item under some order types will be leased and sold at 0 price in such cases we create install base asset once the sales order is shipped.
2. If the item is sold at a price then it should not create install base asset.

I customized the enhanced generic flow to include selling price condition in the selection rule criteria and while testing I am seeing for 0 price order and non 0 price order Create Asset step is coming as Not applicable but still the assets are getting created for both scenarios. My understanding is there is a standard hook which after shipment confirmation creates install base asset.
