Bulk Printing of Activities and PDF Generation of Activity Details

edited 11:12AM in Field Service

Hello Oracle Community,

We would like to understand whether Oracle Field Service (OFS/FFS) supports the following requirements through standard functionality, APIs, or plugins:

1. Bulk Activity Printing

Is it possible to select multiple activities and generate a consolidated PDF with one activity/customer per page, or individual PDFs for each activity?

Our current understanding is that OFS supports bulk CSV exports, but not formatted PDF generation out of the box.

2. Print Activity Details

Is there any standard functionality, API, or plugin to generate a formatted PDF of the Activity Details screen, rather than relying on the browser's Print to PDF
