Display SLA Start and SLA End as date only in Dispatch Console List View

Hi everyone,

In Oracle Field Service, we would like to display only the date for the standard fields sla_window_start and sla_window_end in the Dispatch Console List View, hiding the time component.For example, the desired display would be:

  • Current: 14/09/26 01:00
  • Expected: 14/09/2026

The requirement is purely visual: the underlying date/time values must remain unchanged, so that SLA and routing logic are not affected.

Is there a supported configuration to apply a date-only format to these standard columns, either through the screen configuration or user display preferences?

If this is not supported, is there a recommended workaround other than creating and maintaining separate custom properties?
