Dotted Line manager on Workforce Comp Plan not showing

Summary:

We are testing Dotted line manager and updated the workforce comp plan to include Line manager and dotted line manager.

Our main issue is after our setup and we start the workforce comp plan the Primary manager is able to see the Team member, but the dotted line manager is not able to see same Team member under the same plan.

The setup is listed below trying to find solution how the Team member will show on both the primary manager and the dotted line manager workforce comp plan.
