Restrict button by country (Structure)

Hi!
Is there a way to restrict the 'Add Absence' button to just one country via EL Expression, keeping the existing expression #{Profile.values.ORA_ANC_ADD_ABSENCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED eq 'Y'}?
