Redwood Work Order List Page: Service Request and Account Blank

Hello Community,
We are observing an issue in the Redwood Work Order interface (/redwood/service/ec/container/fieldsvc/).
Starting recently, for any newly created Work Orders, the Service Request number and Account columns appear completely blank in the My Open Work Orders table view.
However:
- When we drill down into the Work Order Details page for any of these records, the Service Request link and Customer Account are populated as expected.
- For older Work Orders created previously, the columns still display the Service Request number and Account correctly in the same list view.
Has anyone encountered this discrepancy where joined foreign key attributes stop rendering in the Redwood list layout for newer records? Is this caused by an Adaptive Search / OSCS index synchronization delay on
