Hi @User_6G058, Sadly, you cannot send it here. I highly suggest that you file a Support Case to our Support team since they have the possibility to access to your replica account for testing which in this case is needed, you can also show them the invoices. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @User_NMNUO, Have you seen the latest comment? I agree with what Angela has stated, it is currently no possible to get a report that will track time spent between workflow states. What you can do as of the moment is to manually calculate it.
