Thank you for your response, @User_EDWRB. 😊 Only stand-alone Invoice/Cash Sale will affect the quantity as it has no Item Fulfillment and linked Sales Order, so it will not double the Inventory Count. For Sales Orders with both Item Fulfillment and Invoice, only the Item Fulfillment will impact the Inventory. Thank you! 😊
