Hello @Rick Baaten, May I ask what would be the value of the Custom Segment Country of Sale? If we are going to source its value from other records, customizing the Custom Segment and utilizing the Source List field would be feasible instead of using Workflows or Scripts. Hello @PaulFleetwood, I am still testing this on my end to check if we can customize the Email Template and source the Email Signature of the Creator of the Record. As a second option, I think creating a Custom Field with the Email Signature in it would be viable. I will update you again once I have my additional findings.
