Hi @Lily O, You can unset the Assigned To field as mandatory through a workflow. Parameters should be Assigned field and leave the mandatory checkbox unchecked. I hope this helps.

NetSuite recognizes that there is no duplicate when marking all the records as not a dup because of this column below. Once a record is not marked as not a dup, the system will suggest that the record may have a duplicate. Thank you.

Hi @Rick Cobb_2 You can filter the name of the role in the mass update. However, using the mass update will only allow you to update one permission at a time. The ability to add/edit multiple permissions in a role using the mass update is logged under Enhancement #253365. I hope this answers your question.

It seems the Mandatory checkbox was enabled and it contradicts the field setting. Please uncheck it and it should resolve the issue.

Thank @Gaurav_NS. @User_MHNLE, were you able to select the correct purchase order form? You might want to make it the preferred form to automatically use it when trying to create a new purchase order. You should see the Term field being disabled after using the correct form.

When you save the changes and create a transaction, please make sure to select the correct form. In my example, I set the Status field to Inline Text. Result: Please let me know how it goes.
