Thank you for the screenshots. Per checking, the permissions are all good. There is an existing enhancement logged under #359404 to have the ability to view workflows with Workflow and Transaction permissions. There is no available workaround, and I suggest voting for this enhancement request at SuiteIdeas.

Hi @User_G9NIK, The owner can always edit and save the saved search. The scenario here was that the search was owned by a different user. The Allow Audience to Edit will only apply if the search is not in public and if you want another role or user to edit the search. I hope this aswers your question.

Thank you for the screenshots. I agree with the locations. However, if the role or user does not have anything in the location field, the user should be able to view it.
