What is the preferred form of your custom role and your administrator role? To check on this, login as the administrator and try to create a workorder. Hi @Biomerics_Admin, In your custom transaction body field, navigate to Access tab and check if the admin role is added in the list with Level for Search/Reporting = Run. Remove the role from the list so the admin can edit the field in the saved search. I hope this helps. Regards,

Hi @User_KRYM4, You should be able to see this option when Bills permission is set to Edit. Please navigate to Employee record > Access tab > Global Permissions subtab and add Bills permission = Edit access level. I hope this helps. Regards,

It should not show any duplicate search results unless one of the saved searches has a criteria or results set to see 2nd level fields. Are you only typing in the name of the customer in the global search? When running the global search, click the Customize button and send us the screenshot of the results field. Thank you.

Hi @aisaadaniya, In your PH-SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR custom role, navigate to Permissions tab > Lists subtab and add the Custom Record Entries permission and set the access level to View. This should let you add the search in the reminders portlet. Thank you.
