@RS_RS Did the suggested formulas work?
-
Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle Any updates on this?
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Any updates on this?
-
Hi @John Griffin No, I had checked and deleted any related work orders or purchase orders. I don't have any planning records yet. Thanks
-
B. Checkout only
-
Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle since it doesn't specify which records are the dependencies, how would I find this?
-
Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Yes, the missing account was the issue. The feature was enabled though the account wasn't automatically created. I toggled the feature enabled setting and once the account was created, it resolved the issue
-
Edit: Option B It would return 'No'
-
Thanks @Niks Blando-Oracle . Will keep that in mind for future threads. I have edited this one and split the other two questions into their own threads
-
Thanks John. I will add start and end dates as placeholders even though the dates are not confirmed just to prevent the error. Thanks for all your help on this.
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Apologies for the late response. I have replied to the email. Thanks
-
Hi @John Griffin The recreated version of the purchase order has the outsourced location populated though the production start and end date on the purchase order is blank Purchase Order: Purchase Order: On the work order, the outsourced location populates though the production start and end date are blank I only get the…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , @John Griffin Thanks for looking into this. I am currently recreating the transactions since the original records were deleted. Will post here soon. Thanks
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Correct, it is the standard one
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Isn't that enhancement request about retaining the status of the opportunity when a quote is created? My use case is for retaining the status of a quote when another quote's status is changed.
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle It is a custom mail send. the subject is along the lines of, "We have great news about our merger"
-
Option C. Netsuite allows up to a maximum of 10 custom KPIs
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle In this case, I am looking for something opposite to that enhancement request. i.e. the status of an estimate to not change after the status of another estimate for the same opportunity is set.
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle In this case, I believe this is not a bulk mail merge based on the fact that I can't see anything for that in the bulk merge history (the last bulk merge was done in 2022) I was wondering what other types of email sends exist which don't keep a copy of the message on the customer record. The…
-
Thanks @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle The second link helped I might have accidentally set the 'does this answer your question' to 'no'. Is it possible to please select 'yes'? thanks
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle The record would be the customer record. The email template is for the customer record and the field is: ${customer.contact}
-
Thanks @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle That is helpful. For your test, did you use a map reduce or scheduled script? (since the record is loaded before the fields are changed).?
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle Yes, I selected 'print label' (the native link). The actual result The expected result
-
Hi @John Griffin This is the set up I have Bill of Materials Bill of Materials Revision Purchase Order Work Order Thanks
-
Hi @John Griffin , @Niks Blando-Oracle Further follow up question: The suiteanswers linked above refers to needing a manufacturing routing set up. In this case, the account I am looking at is using outsourced manufacturing so manufacturing routing does not apply. how would I set up manufacturing routing for this scenario?…
-
Thanks @John Griffin I realise now why that Suiteanswer didn't appear for me. I was searching Suiteanswers while being logged into a demo account. The suiteanswers available from demo accounts is currently not showing everything (it has been logged as a defect by Netsuite support). Thanks again for the link
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I got the following response from Support: I have requested to run the internal tool to correct the mismatch in the quantities. I am assuming this is something only available to support? thanks
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thanks for the links. I am trying to see how to update the status of a related record (estimate 1) when the status of a record (estimate 2) is changed. i..e estimate 2 's status is changed to won. estimate 1's status automatically changes to won even though that estimate was lost (which is why…

@RS_RS Maybe try recreating the workbook's dataset and then compare? The buckets in the workbook are based on formulas: All of them are type 'Float'. The formulas: 1-30 days: CASE WHEN ({type} <> 'CustInvc' AND {type} <> 'CustPymt' AND TRUNC(CURRENT_DATE)-{trandate} BETWEEN 1 AND 30) THEN…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Should these features be turned on for an outsourced manufacturing location? thanks
