@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle and @Wee Ming I see the ones with the issue are stuck at the beginning of the workflow. Let me revise the save searches on the transitions and probably I need to create a new one to send those to the pending approval queue.

@User_DU7YV to be able to do it, use the Dashboard Customer Form you may have one for your company. You can find it on the "Custom Entry Forms" Mine are in the tab "Costimization" then "Forms" then click in "Entry Forms" Here is an example of the default form. but i think you will have one already to edit:

@Niks Blando-Oracle Ohh, that is a good suggestion, i will clear the user department and test, but it might be used in another place. I will let you know later after testing.

@MTL_MIA We cleared all the departments into the items. In the images above the one saying "This image is creating manually the Purchase Order" shows the same item and it is not creating the Departments. Only get added when creating the PO from the Order Items page.

this is what I would like to find the formula to SUM, without affecting the summary type because the ideal is the user use the "edit" in the save search. if use the summary type i can sum the time as I wanted but I lost the ability to edit. We would like the user able the assign the operator, etc from the save search:

I figure out. The user that created the custom field has restrictions. I added the affected roles and all good.

@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I see, when I click the button to close, it will set all the line items to close. Then to re-open it, I was thinking it was an Status field on the main page that will do that. But per your explanation; to re-open the VRMA need to uncheck the field "close" per line item(s). Thank you!

@Ivy Lopez-Oracle We have the similar issue viewing the report that we created Sales Orders by Sales rep. I understand it is a limitation but, there is any open enhancement that we can vote to fix, or there is something that NetSuite is doing to solve this problem? Thank you!
