Hi @Elina Kourouzidou, To disable NetSuite Guided Learning, go to your Home icon > Set Preferences > General tab. In the Defaults section, uncheck 'Enable NetSuite Guided Learning'. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi @User_BD08X, Is Bills permission added in this custom role? Also, please send us the screenshots of the permissions under Transactions and Lists subtabs. Thank you.

Hi @Akhil_k_t The account-specific domain used for general case capture can be found in Setup > Support > Preferences > Support Preferences > Inbound Email subtab. Use this email address to forward email from your company support email address to NetSuite. When an email message arrives at this address, it is converted into…

Hi @User_NG5TG These are the only available conditional formatting options we have in the search. An enhancement request has been logged under 177580 to add the ability to apply a conditional formula similar to a saved search. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.

Are you logged in as an administrator? The screenshot seems odd as it doesn't show other roles. The other way we can limit the other user's access is duplicating the custom role, removing the Accounts Receivable permission under Custom Role > Permissions > Reports, and assigning it to the user you don't want to have access…

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, As far as I know, it will automatically add the storage to your account and does not impact performance. As for the charges, your account manager should be able to answer that for you, as they are the ones who handle the contracts and billing. I hope this answers your questions. Thank you.

Thank you. I'll keep you updated through this thread.

Hi @JanKrejcik I checked this internally and was advised that if the record is exposed in the script and can be searched and created through it, possibly the results can be limited. To set proper expectations, please be informed that the scope of our support here in the NetSuite Support Community does not include creating…

Hi @User_DATN1 and @User_FQ0VR, please create a support case to log the defect. Let me know if you need help in creating one.

That’s strange. We may need to troubleshoot further to determine if this is related to a defect logged under #810948. Please let me know if you need help creating a support case.

Hi @Mike Wondrasek To set proper expectations, please be informed that the scope of our support here in the NetSuite Support Community does not include creating and implementing any complete custom solutions from scratch. Hi @JanKrejcik You need to remove the global search entirely by going to the Permissions tab > Lists subtab and removing the 'Perform Search' permission. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Audience allows the user to view the report, while Access grants the user permission to edit it. Which classification did you try? Did you select both the role and the user's name, or did you only select the role without including the name? If the user is still part of the allowed role, they will have access. Try removing…

How is it going, @Lee Ann R? Were you able to adjust the report’s audience using the admin role?

It’s pulling information from the user’s record due to {user.department}. Since you're already using the record search which in this case is an employee saved search, you can directly use the fields available from that record. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
-
Hi @Panadick Is this an Employee Saved Search? Are you trying to populate the Class, Department, and Location fields from the employees' records? If so, you can simply use those fields directly, and they should appear in the results.
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, This type of inquiry is best handled by your account manager, as they are the ones able to answer your questions.
-
Hi @BM136, If you grant the role access to the reports, the role/user will be able to run them. However, the data in the report will only populate if the user has access to the relevant records and fields.

Can you please confirm that this estimate is different from the estimate in the Created From field? So, the Estimate you want to include is in the Opportunity record > Sales tab > Estimates subtab, correct? I tried adding Applied To Transaction field in the Results tab, and here are the search results.

Yes, administrator roles have no restrictions.
