Hi @gbradley, Please check your workflows or scripts that might be triggering changes to the forms used, based on the user or their roles.

That’s odd—based on the permissions you have, you should be able to access the emails. It seems there might be an issue with the role. I recommend recreating the role and assigning it to this user.

Hi @Lee Ann R, I've sent you an email. Also, here is the article for Answer ID 106163 | Support Cases: SuiteAnswers.

Hi @User_P4R8P Could you clarify what you mean by "this specific batch"? Also, how do you upload the file?
-
Hi @BM136, Based on my testing, let say we want to remove the Sales Order from the KPI dropdown list, I removed all the permissions related to its KPI, including the Sales Order, Invoice, and Cash Sales permissions under the Permissions > Transaction tab, as well as all the Sales reports under the Permissions > Reports tab.
-
Hi @gbradley, Check the transaction bill form used to see if one form is preferred over the other for the role.

Hi @User_C4WN4 I suggest logging in as the administrator and using the User Access Reset Tool to reset the account. Once that’s done, ask the user to fill in the security questions. Additionally, try clearing your browser's cache, closing all browsers, and opening a new one. Please ensure you're resetting the correct email…

Hi @Lee Ann R, Yes, please as this will require troubleshooting and might collect logs to determine the cause of the issue. Please let us know if you need assistance with submitting it.

Thank you. Please add the Invoice permission. This should populate the emails in the Messages tab.

Hi @Chan Man Could you please confirm if this user/role has permissions for transactions such as Sales Orders and Invoices?
-
Thank you for keeping us updated, @Curtis Beene.
-
When I tested it, I open the transaction/entity record > Communication > Messages > Email > Message tab > Click Source Code > Enter the code and update it with your image URL > Click Preview. Could you please share how you tested your freemarker code to populate the logo?
-
Hi @BM136, Upon testing, to hide the options in the KPI field, you need to remove both the record permissions and the report permissions associated with the record. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
