Hi @BM136, Based on my testing, let say we want to remove the Sales Order from the KPI dropdown list, I removed all the permissions related to its KPI, including the Sales Order, Invoice, and Cash Sales permissions under the Permissions > Transaction tab, as well as all the Sales reports under the Permissions > Reports tab.

When I tested it, I open the transaction/entity record > Communication > Messages > Email > Message tab > Click Source Code > Enter the code and update it with your image URL > Click Preview. Could you please share how you tested your freemarker code to populate the logo?

Hi @BM136, In the saved search, simply limit the roles or users who can access it. In this way, only users who has access to this particular search can view the trend charts. Perform Search allows usage of the record search while Publish Search allows the user to publish a saved search to another role.
