Are you logged in as the administrator? For #1, please navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Categories. See below screenshot if you have any Center Categories for Sales Center and remove the report from there. I hope this helps.

Hi @Panadick The error means that the user needs to be an administrator of all of your NetSuite accounts, including Sandbox and Developers. Navigate to your profile and view all your roles to confirm the number of NetSuite accounts you all have. You need to give this user admin access to all of these accounts.

Hi @A_123, I am afraid there are none. Creating a folder and uploading a file both need to have at least Create Access Level on Documents and Files Permission. I couldn't find an existing enhancement request. You might want to consider submitting it to SuiteIdeas.

You can try the following: Login as Sales Rep and check if the user can view the field by manually going to the record. Enable Run Unrestricted in the search.

Hi @User_HWW8S, Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles. Look for the role, and the Center Types are on the right side.

A user/role can view the fields in the search if they have at least View Access Level to that record. Even if the user/role has full access to the search but does not have access to the record that the search was pulling, that user/role cannot view it.

Hi @User_EK47U, As per checking, the Amortization Template and Amortization Schedules will only be available if you enable the Amortization feature. Edit your custom role and remove any permission that is related to this feature.

Hi @A_123, This can be done through User Event Script. See SuiteAnswer ID 26813 for the solution. The below code means it is not equal to administrator. (role != 3) (userRole != 3) If you want to specify a role to restrict, then you can use role = *internal ID of the role*. I hope this helps.
