Upon further checking, the ability to show the applied discount is not yet possible for the system. I also found an enhancement filed similar to this concern, see Enhancement #273627 Discount Search > Add the ability to display information from the item that is being discounted.

Thanks for pointing that out, @Tigran Shahnazaryan @JarebCoupe, you may want to create a separate search to check if the entity was saved initially as a prospect or customer without setting the stage to lead.

Try using the following criteria. Stage = is any of Customer, Lead, Prospect System Notes : Old Value = contains lead The result shows all customers, regardless of their current stage, that contain 'lead' in the system notes.

Hi Mike, Is there a specific activity or page that the user is on while it keeps logging out? Can you please confirm that the affected users do not share the same login?
