Hi @srussell, Have you checked the Custom Role > Permissions > Transactions to see if there is a Credit Card permission in the list? Remove them if there are any. If none, I suggest customizing the form and removing the option to enter the new credit card field. Thank you.

Hi Nickoletta Gounaris, Enabling the Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing option allows users to view but not edit the records of subsidiaries to which their role does not have access.
