This should be doable but existing 10 digit PO's may remain the same length. A couple of SuiteAnswers worth taking a look at: Answer ID 9821 and 38158. You can access SuiteAnswers under the Support tab of your NetSuite account.

Hi Paul, there could be several reasons why the field doesn't show up. i.e. The custom field must be displayed on the preferred form in order for the field to be available on the mass update. See SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 12283 for details.

I'm not sure this is related but there was a disruption of service for some customer accounts around 6:30 AM PST. This has been resolved according to status.netsuite.com. Please contact Support if you encounter any errors or time-outs during fulfillment or approving orders.

Defect 314187 status update - Due to an application defect some customers experienced intermittent issues saving some records. Our monitoring detected the issue and our on-call engineers addressed the problem. (Resolved 2:00 AM PDT)
