Hi @User_HWW8S, Please confirm that you have the "Contacts" sublist enabled on your Lead Form: Once the "Contacts" is added to the Lead Form, you can enter your Contact Name and other required details, too. If you enable "Duplicate Detection" for a Domain or Email, then NetSuite will detect a "possible duplicate" if you…
-
Hi @Shin W, Could you please remove the "Store Value" on the newly created custom field and see if it now shows results in the sublist? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_L7PTK, Are you using Intercompany Accounts Receivable and/or Intercompany Accounts Payable accounts with respective "Account Receivable" and "Accounts Payable" types on the Journal that is erroring out? If yes, that is caused by missing "Intercompany Customer" and/or "Intercompany Vendor". To create an Advanced…
-
Hi @Chandanesh, Thanks for the clarification. Please try this Saved Search:
-
You can show Opportunity, Sales Order, and Purchase Order on the same Saved Search if you create an Opportunity Saved Search: Here is a sample Saved Search: The Opportunity Saved Search isn't as flexible as the Transaction Saved Search. But you can't combine an Opportunity, Sales Order, and Purchase Order using Transaction…
-
Hi @Rhys Gottwald, Native NetSuite doesn't automatically do that. You would need a customization to automate that.
-
The native multi-select option would also show projects, prospects, etc., which you have noticed. It would require a customization to show the Customer Name as a multi-select filter for the Sales Order Saved Search.
-
Are you talking about the "Summary Type" under "Criteria"? If yes, then that is used less frequently and is more advanced. Some Saved Searches can't be built without it. Here is an example of "Summary Type" criteria that I use for my Weekly Cash Projection Saved Search:
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, Yes, the Vendor Center is customizable. You can display pretty much anything via SuiteLets. You can also add Custom Records and other custom objects to the Vendor Center.
-
Hi @User_NG5TG, Are these drop-ship POs linked to Sales Orders?
-
Hi @Kellyann, Do you have the "PO Number" (e.g., Customer PO) populated on the Invoice header? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_M4JOC, There are a few options, and some depend on your specific NetSuite instance (e.g., whether you have Contract Renewals). My preferred option is to use the "Customer (Main Line) join: With this filter, you can enter Keywords/Search Operators (e.g., wildcard) to find customers quicker:
-
No worries, happy to help. Summary Type is extremely useful and is a key feature of Saved Searches. In my NetSuite instance, I have about 100 Saved Searches that I actively use, and about 40 have the "Summary Type" populated.
-
If you remove the Summary Type from the results, you will see "one row per invoice line" instead of "one line per invoice". You can drill down on each "Summary Type = Group" field. You can add more fields to the drill-down by adding them to results but not grouping them: The "Drill Down Fields" subtab applies only to…
-
Hi @Shin W Did you create the custom item and enter the required formula? If yes, are you getting an error message? Here is a sample Custom Item Field with a formula for the reference:
-
Hi @User_NG5TG, Sure - you can replace the Formula (Text) line with "Applying Transaction" joins to see individual invoice fields (you can add Date, Status, and other fields) with a drill-down option: Note that the drill-down may show Tax, Shipping, and other lines if you have them on the invoice, so you may need to…
-
Hi @Shin W, It is great that you are making some progress! I am not clear on the request. Are you trying to add quantities for "Available", "On Order," and "Preferred Stock Level" per Location and show the sum in a new field/column? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_FL4CK, Here is a SuiteAnswers Article with guidance on how to do that: Create Accounts Payable (A/P) Register Report Using Saved Search.
-
Hi @Deb in UK, As a workaround, you can delete all the "new" imports, and run the updated Matching Rules against the applicable import. Once done, you can re-import the new bank data manually, which would trigger the Matching Rule run once again.
-
Hi @User_4B6IN, You aren't missing a step. The behavior you see is by design. When you create a deposit from a Sales Order, NetSuite creates a Customer Deposit transaction, which can only be applied against an invoice created from the same Sales Order. If you would like to create a deposit transaction that you can apply…

Thanks for the logs. Can you check what the "Trigger On" value for workflowaction69 is? On the above screenshot, it says "Entry," but the Log mentions "BEFORELOAD": SETFIELDVALUE [Warning: Value cannot be set in BEFORELOAD on already existing (not a new) record.] Can you try the "After Record Submit" and see if works?…
-
Yes, Itzik, please enable the logs and share the exports for similar transactions of "worked" vs. "didn't work" and I will see if I can figure out the cause. Thanks.
-
You can go to Asset -> Depreciation History -> View (Asset Status = Depreciating) and delete the Journals that were posted. The other option would be to reverse those Depreciation JEs and inactivate the Asset.
-
Hi @User_8ZIY6, On a high level, the Automated Intercompany Management will eliminate intercompany transaction lines with the "Eliminate" = "Yes". For example, if you create an Advanced Intercompany Journal and use GL accounts with "Eliminate Intercompany Transactions" checked, all lines will have the "Eliminate" = "Yes"…
-
Hi @Varonis inc., Did you check the logs when the Workflow didn't work as expected and compare to the ones when it worked correctly? They may pinpoint the issue. The workflow is probably missing a required Condition, or a Trigger/Transition needs an update. Based on my experience, Workflows work 100% of the time if set up…
-
Hi @User_L5OG3, You can delete the Asset once you delete all related transactions and other dependent records if there are any.
-
Thanks, @User_CNLH5, I have a few more questions: Does the drill-down work correctly on the unmodified AR Aging Report? Also, did you run the client's modified AR Aging report, and the issue still persists? If yes, what happens if you click on "View Detail" instead of clicking on individual lines?
-
Hi @User_L7PTK, Could you check if you can post a Journal Entry to the same elimination GL account with the other GL accounts that are being used to record labor cost? Typically, the "unexpected error" points to an error that isn't handled / isn't designed to occur. Let's see if the standard Journal would help to identify…
-
Hi @Anaelena Zerpa, Can you check if the Elimination Subsidiary (ID: 23) will be used for the iC elimination for the Columbia subsidiary? If yes, do you have the "Include Children" checked for the GL Accounts you use to set up Tax Types / Tax Codes for the Withholding Tax? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_CNLH5, You are correct - there should be a way to drill down from the Summary version to the Detail version of the AR Aging report. Could you check the "Expand Level" and "Drill down Report" values under Customize -> More Options and see if they look correct:
